Fleet Manager
Job Description:
The fleet manager will provide managerial oversight for the daily operation of the company
Responsibilities:
Managing office and driver personnel, managing employee schedules to ensure coverage at all times, overseeing the load planning operations for all drivers, building and maintaining positive customer relations, reviewing and responding to customer inquiries, daily/weekly reports; to include payroll reporting to payroll manager.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Business
Experience in Trucking, Logistics, and Transportation preferred.
Solo and Teams needed
Solo drivers needed for out and back hauls. (out two nights a week.) Home weekends.
Team OTR home weekends.
